Hi has anyone gotten pregnant after taking Provera The Provera I am taking is NOT DEPO-PROVERA it is NOT a shot. It is a little white pill to bring on your period. It is NOT the birth control shot.

Provera will help you jump start your periods. THat's all it does. i am on it now. it doesnt help you get pregnant. If you dont have your period after taking it, they need to run tests and scans to see what is wrong.

Provera only sheds the lining of your uterus and jump starts it for your next period it doesnt make you ovulate so you can get pregnant. Try vitex if you want to be regular and try getting pregnant. I took the provera pill for like 2 mo nths and never got a regular cycle ive been on vitex a bout 8 weeks and i get a chance to try every month...goodluck to you!

I'm on provera also and its just to make you have a period. I dont believe it has anything to do with helping you get pregnant
