Yesterday, I was fine in school. Then on the bus coming home I have a huge migrane. Once I got home I started to feel dizzy and wanted to sleep. I didn't go to sleep, but I sat down for a bit. When I got up, I felt pain all in my body. I finally said okay, maybe I'm hungry. So I took a bite of something to eat and immediatly felt sick to my stomach. A few minutes later I felt numbness in my arms and legs and could barely stand. I then started finding it hard to hold my head up, so I said "OKAY IM GOING TO BED." I went to bed and then I couldnt fall asleep because the pain was unbarable. I still havent slept yet, but I feel a little better but I still have alot of pain... do you have ANY idea what the hell is wrong with me??!?!? The pain is around my appendix area, and NO its not my time of the month.. My ribs hurt, my stomach hurts, it hurts to breathe.. I dont know what this is!! HELP!

The first thing you need to do, is tell your parents! It could be something really major. From your description of the headaches and dizzy, the nausea, it could be anything from flu to an anyerism! If you have pain in your appendix area maybe you have an ovarian cyst...there are just too many things it could be, you just need to get to the ER as soon as possible...good luck hon, let us know how you are.

Migraine is a headache. A severe one that can cause dizziness, nausea and sensitivity to light and sound. Anti-inflammatory drugs like Motrin or Advil can help most people. You just have to lay down in complete darkness and quiet. Sleep is best to get over a migraine episode.
However, you need a doctors diagnosis. There is also a migraine diet that eliminates caffiene and nitrates found in aged food and processed meats.
Your other symptoms have nothing to do with a migraine.
Where is your family? You need to see a doctor.

Get to a doctor TODAY. Could be your appendix or gallbladder. You need to seek medical attention before risking any rupture!
Good luck to you.

You could need your appendix taken out,

or it could just be stress and nerves...

Go tell your parents and if they dont do anything make them take you to the ER.

You should be going to the ER to find out what's going on. There's too many symptoms here that don't sound good.
