I'm white and I try my hardest to have zero contact or interaction with the people of your race. In the past when I had dealings with you and yours, the issue of race has always come up and I felt cornered. Any reasoning that I brought fourth was never considered and I was denied the right for fairness. Why do you not give white individuals a fair shake?

A woman smacked another woman at the job. Every person there said it didn't happen. I watched it happen, and I would not tell a lie to the boss when asked if it happened. It was black on black, and then I was called in for calling the woman racial slurs. All because I told the truth about what I saw.

I don't have a clue what you are talking about. You stay away from blacks, you saw two black females smack each other you were a witness and you told the truth (yeah) and black people don't give you a break. I am so lost. But if those black women called you a racist one point for each of them they called it correct. And you don't think your nasty attitude towards black doesn't show up on you like a a cheap kmart suit. We try to tell you we know racism when we see and hear it you keep thinking we don't. It's okay we don't need your friendship or acceptance we will live long and prosper without it.

Im white but ill give you honest advice assuming you are not a troll.

Trying to avoid is wrong approach. Treat people as fairly as you can and understand that racists come in all skin colors.

Some of the people you are dealing are rasist too. Others just have low expectations based on intereaction with rasists in past,

racism becomes self fullfilling prophecy

Move to the pacific northwest. I think WA state is like 3% black, so your chances of running into a black are slim to none, unless you're a cop and you go searching for them...which seems to be a favorite cop pastime...

You may not believe this but a lot of people of color prefer not to live near whites, especially ones like you. So its a great thing this is America and we can pretty much choose where we live.

I also hear the hills of Montana are black-folk free as well as Idaho and Utah. Please do everyone a favor and isolate yourself and your offspring, you'll never survive in today's diverse America.

Good luck man, your going to need it...

I do, i dont ever look at the color of a persons skin and automaticlly think, oh hes a racist. The people youre dealing with probably do that cuz youre belittling them of giving off a bad vibe, check yourself.

Because if youre getting the same thing over and over, just like if your are a teacher, u know its not them its you......sorry the truth HURTS!

Are you this hard on yourself, too? People usually are...
so get some help, get some compassion, and get on with it, already.
And yes, some peple in any group are going to be touchy. You liek to argue, or you would have learned to change the subject by now. Or walked away before it got bad.

I'm sorry some black people are like that but they do not speak or act for all of us, I hope you do not let incidents like these hinder your relationship or opinion of us

Black people that make everything a race issue are just making it harder for everyone, I wish they would stop

Honestly, it is not easy. You have to do what is best for you. If it is staying away until you find a situation that makes you feel comfortable then that it what you should do

It is bound to be your fault. Just don't bring up the race issue and it should all be fine.

The issue of race usually only comes up if someone brings it up.
So why do you always bring it up?
