Boycotting won't change something so major. If you look at other boycotts it's to change something within a company or something on a more basic level. Boycotting would not change a whole country.

I doubt if they could act so unanimously or even in large enough numbers to have an effect anymore than straight people can and do. But if there was a walkout and all the gay people just stopped doing their jobs for one day, the world would practically come to a standstill in some areas--and it would be an excellent lesson given about how gay people contribute to the world that discriminates against them. And as far as withdrawing money--boycotting certain businesses--the effect would be hard to deal with economically. And by the way, I think that people have to stop thinking of gay marriage as something to make fun of or even as something that is primarily romantically or emotionally based but as something that will secure some basic human rights for each member of the relationship that straight people enjoy and should continue to enjoy. These rights involve inheritance, pensions, hospital visitation, etc.

Since there are very few homosexuals, I don't think boycott would be a great choice. It would not affect the economy that much. So, no it wouldn't work.
They alone cannot win their fight. They need support from others.

Religiously I would have to say no.However politically I would have to say yes just due to the fact that our country needs to recognize this situation. Our country has been headed down the slow decline into moral hell for along time why not let the "other" couples join in.

They have an expendable income, so an organized boycott would help them.
