four legs to a chair ...... which holds you up off the floor .... one, pray, be spiritual. two, eat right, yin and yang, check out the book "You on a Diet" . three, do some type of hobby, always. four, learn, each year, pick up a course you don't know if your good at, stretch that mind and exercise that body good luck : skip all t.v. if at all possible skip: all Internet surfing, learn how to start your own business and get a portfolio, like with Scottrade, not that hard, just a grand and your in skip: shopping, try NOT to do that for a year, let China and all the rest of 'em wear their own clothes, buy American made or learn to sew. Fabric made in the USA is a real challenge. Feel you mind grow pop outta that mold. Good luck and I am female....
