Gaining muscle is easy all you really need to do is situps, push-ups, and pull ups. Do a little every night starting out then work yourself up and do more. Do multipile sets and try to run at least twice a week and do your upper body strength at leas three times a week. Give it a little time and stick with it and you'll have a hell of alot more energy and see the results. You don't really need to go to the gym to get stronger. I mean look at what soldiers go through in basic training. They don't go to the gym.

Get a gym in your house! LOL! Get fit and eat less junk food! 20minutes of exercise a day and you should get fit (only if you push yourself that is)and then you can get big muscles by press ups and dish lifts v sits and sit ups and also chin ups if you have a bar.
