Local historical societies might be interested, if you know the local area the photos came from.

If they are really good then I would go to your local museum. They can tell you what is worth something and not. They may even want to buy them. If you have a war museum that would be my first start. Again Ebay is always great but with the fees they charge and if they do not sale you are out that money. I would def. put a min. bid for them or they will go for a dollar.
