I can't believe so many of you don't know what it is!! You simply can't enjoy a good roast lunch without a Yorkie Pud - home made, of course.
It's not the only good thing to have come from God's Own County - Yorkshire is just the best.......

Yes, of course I do, but then again i'm from Yorkshire!
Nothing better than Yorkie puds to go with the Sunday roast or filled with sausage & onions - delicious!!!!!!

Oooooh you beast! Now you've made me think about Yorkshire pud and I can't get any here in the States (I am hopeless at making my own)... I love it! but I like the big ones sliced up rather than those small individually sized ones that go all dry.

Ooooh yes!

Not to crispy but not too soggy either. Preferably with a nice piece of roast beef and new potatoes, and the middle filled with rich gravy.

Now there's an idea of dinner this evening! Thanks!

Yes, I love it with dinner with gravy poured over it. I also like it for a sweet course with blackcurrant jam too.
