Yes, you are definitely at risk for pregnancy.
Plan B (emergency contraception, "the morning after pill") is available over-the-counter in most places. You may have to ask the pharmacist for it.
It is not an abortion pill, and will not disrupt a pregnancy that has implanted.
If used up to 5 days after the unprotected sex, it is 85% effective in preventing pregnancy. The label says 3 days, but studies have shown it is still highly effective at 5. But, the sooner you use it the better.
Call a pharmacy, and if they don't have it, find a family planning clinic or midwifery service with someone on-call. I'm sure someone will be happy to help you.
If you are really stuck, email me.

The chances of getting pregnant again are very high. Use protection or you will have another baby. We used condoms and one broke. My kids are 12 and a half months apart. Be careful.

Unless you just WANT another baby right now, you need to stop and get some form of protection right away! You are playing roulette here. You stand a VERY high chance of concieving at this time!!!

After you have your baby it is VERY easy to get pregnant again...There is no way to prevent pregnancy when its unprotected other than withdraw method but that is still not 100% effective.
