The idea is that if you can keep doing something for 2 weeks, that it becomes habbit.

Just do it.. First thing out of bed.. Make it. then go about your other morning activities.. I got in the habit of going to the gym at 5am. Took a while. Doing it 8 months now. You'll feel good about yourself once you start doing it.. then continue making more small goals..

i make my bed everyday i just started making myself do it getting off the laziness and now it just comes natural. I wake up and that is the first thing I do

Just do it, first thing when you get up. It takes about a month to develop a habit. After that it will be automatic.

what i do is trun on the radio or your iPod or mp3 on its speakers and just jam to a good song while making your bed... the time flies by when your having fun
