Would chrome rims look alright an 07 silver 4Runner or would it look "ghetto". What size would be ok?

I think that depends on the design and the size of the rims you buy. Most of the chrome rims I see on vehicles are overly flashy, which just seems like overkill to me. I hope you're not considering getting spinners. They just look completely stupid - especially when they're not mounted correctly. The owner thinks their cars looks so cool, but if they could see what we see - some of the wheels have stopped spinning, some haven't, they're spinning at weird angles, etc.

You really have to take how the design AND the size of the rims work together when making a decision. If you don't want your SUV to end up looking "ghetto", I would be very careful with my decision. You might want to consider getting brushed chrome rims, rather than polished chrome. I've started seeing those lately. They always look great on the vehicles, particularly on SUVs.
