Always be positive.
Know what you are talking about concerning your experience and the position you are applying for.
Research their company on the net prior to your interview and become familiar with what they do.
Incorporate their company information into your answers.
It show you are paying attention and have taken the time to do some research.
Never bash a former employer or employee.
If a situation caused you to quit a former employer, be very PC about the situation.
At the end of the interview, if you are still interested in the company, be sure to tell them.
something like, I really appreciate your time. This sounds like a great position and opportunity and I would gladly accept it if it were offered to me.

good luck!

Above all, be yourself. Sit up straight, keep good eye contact, advise them of your strenghts. Don't bash any of your previous employers. For example, If you had a bad experience at another job, just say that there were conflicting values, or ethics.

Hope this helps! :)
Best of Luck!!

The best thing is to be yourself. DO NOT SAY "like" or "um" and wear blue because it is calming to all.
