I think it depends of the university. If is a hard to get in school, they will look at your SAT scores, high school transcripts, honors programs, leadership activities and of course your associated degree grades.

Could depend what you are applying for too. Sometimes you may need prerequisites from high school, e.g. chemistry math, physics etc. Go to the Faculty you are applying to and ask a few questions. Or perhaps you have an Admissions Office at the University who can help. If they have a website you may find your answers there.

When you go to college, then pretty much everything that went before that is forgotten. If you get out of college with Ds and Cs then no one will care that you were a star student in high school, and vice versa, if you got Cs in high school and get As in college, then you are an A student. High school is history.

Depends on the quality of the reputation of the junior college and the hgh school you attended. If their reputation is good, the university will be unlikely to examine material in detail.
