The first thing u should be remember that u should not lose HOPE and just remember one thing "Never believe in your destiny which is written on your hands because destiny is wth those people also who don't have hands" so be cool and think positive, just think about your aim, career and you will get success.

You have confidence at home when you have notes to study from, but on the exam what happens to your confidence? Do you stress out when taking an exam? Some people either worry, stress, or constantly force themselves into studying harder. Try to make studying something a little more fun! (song, poems, riddles, and etc...) When taking an exam relax and have confidence. Don't over study because when you do, people tend to stress more about how the exam is likely to be. However, if you studied then you have not much to worry about no matter how easy or how difficult it may seem. If the exam is hard, take a moment to breathe and relax. Flash cards are also a good way to study. Another thing is if you are making an effort to find the time to study? If not visit a library or find out about after school programs that you can attend. Not making an effort is not a good habit. We all have time for everything, just not at once. It all depends on how you manage your time wisely.

Forcing yourself to study does this. Study something that interests you. Take regular breaks during your study. Do some kind of a physical activity for atleast an hour a day. (Yoga, Tennis, Karate, Jogging...) These will keep your body in a sound state and hence your mind too. Dont study continuosly for 15 hours a day. And keep things that distract you to a minimum. And keep that as a reward when you achieve a very short term goal. Ex - I am going to play Drakojan skies when i finish studying 2 lessons.

it is all comes from your mind.pretend that your mind is not tired. you contol tiredness with your mind. you need a lot of energy everyday. before you go to school eat 2 bowls of cereal, 3 apples, 4 oranges, 6 banannas, 4 pears, and 20 grapes. then drink 1 lost energy drink, 4 cups of grape juice, 3 cups of orange juice, 3 or 3 cups of milk, 4 cups of sugar water. and have ten hours of sleep and take showers with cold and hot water to wake you up. wake up early in the morning so you can exercise. let me tell you something, if you don't exercise or do something physical like sports and sit and rest, your body will be use to being tired and not active. but if you do physical activities your body will be use to being active. do your sports 2 times a day and exercise 3 times a day atleast. and most of all, when you are on your spare time go do physical activities. leave eating junk food and internet, video games or whatever that is not physical for the mornings or night becuase those are the times you are resting.. now you are talking energy. now about the school, think positive. don't think about the bad and negative about the past when you are doing something in school. you could work with a positive if you try, but nothing will be accomplished with a negative. read adult chapter books atleast 2 hours a day and go on the internet or read books on studying something. just get into that habbit and don't think bad. i respect you and you get good grades. i hope this advice works. just pray to god and know god is right next to you helping you. i promise. good luck!
