Absolutely, undoubtedly, without question; Eva Cassidy had the most beautiful singing voice ever, in the history of music.
Anyone who can listen to her without a lump in their throat or a tear stinging their eye is not a proper human.
When it comes to singing, there are belters, there are crooners, there are all sorts, but if its pure beauty you're after, then Eva Cassidy definately tops the list. no-one has ever sung a song more beautifully, regardless of your musical preferrances.

I am sure you will not get a consensus of opinion on this question.
I like Johnny Mathis and Charlotte Church, but not necessarily together.
