Is the "h" pronounced in the word forehead?

The correct pronounciation for forehead is "forrid" you say it like that. Just because it looks like it would be pronounced "FORE+HEAD=FOREHEAD isn't correct.
Many people have learnt to say it the way it is spelt. That is wrong! It is said like "forrid" but of course spelt "forehead"

I've only heard pronounced one way and that was "4 Hed". I looked up the dictionary pronunciation and here is what was listed "(fôr'hÄd', -Äd, fÅr'-)"

My father in the 50s used to say 'forrid', but now we all say fore-head. the /h/ is rather minimal.

I would say like "4" and "had"
