My personal favorites:
1. Shiloh's Family Restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma (the best home-cooked food I've ever had, plus their rolls are HUGE).
2. White River Fish Market in Tulsa, Oklahoma (makes Red Lobster taste like McDonald's).
3. East Buffet in Tahlequah, Oklahoma (best Chinese buffet I've ever been to -- lots of variety, very fresh, and wonderful service)
I don't go to bars, so I can't help you there.

KFC at Filinvest about 6/year, Kenny Rogers Chicken 3/year, Starbucks 6/year, subway 2-3/year.

Buffalo Wild Wings. We get the boneless wings, toss down a few beers, watch sports while playing Texas Holdem or playing the trivia games. It's a fun night out.
Local Pizzeria: Family owned and good pizza.
Jalapenos
Great Margaritas, good Mexican food.
