They are always absent minded. They can't concentrate, they will ask u a question and then start thinking about something else before you have answered their question. They will stare in air and keep smiling. They are pitiable but there are also some physicos who like killing and hurting others.

If you mean a psychopath, then this is defined as a person who is suffering from a chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behaviour. In some people this is obvious straight away. However, in others, it may not be noticed until they have been caught committing an abnormal or violent social behaviour. For instance, there are the murderers and paedophiles who disguise their actions by pretending to be normal upstanding citizens. I cannot think of any well known prominent paedophiles at the moment. But the killers who come to mind are people like Bundy, Peter Sutcliffe and Jack the Ripper.
Hope this gives you an idea. :o)
I have to add that the previous answer given by Sweety is so wrong. His or her first three sentences describe traits that can be found in normal people who could purely be shy or nervous.

I assume you mean a "psycho" as in "psychopath"? A psychopath is a person with a serious personality disorder, characterised by lack of empathy and guilt, being extremely manipulative and occasionally, pleasure in the suffering of others. Psychopaths often commit serial murders because they have no understanding that hurting someone is wrong and are entirely concerned with their own needs and desires. Being a psychopath doesn't necessarily mean they kill though, but they tend to be very ruthless. You find out if someone is a psychopath by administering a psychometric test, e.g. Robert Hare's PCL-R.

Just being weird and creepy doesn't make you a psychopath, although the word is often used to mean just that by laymen. If someone's behaviour is odd, they may well be mentally unstable but thankfully serious and dangerous personality disorders affect only a small population, about 4% of Americans for example.

Do you mean psycho? Or physio? Two entirely different concepts. Though someone could be both I suppose - but wouldn't want to meet one on the massage table!

Do you mean psycho? I thing you can't because they look very normal. I'm not sure but I tell this because when they catch a psycho killer the neighbors always say that he was a very good and normal person.

If you mean a psycho then it can be very difficul to tell. Why do you want to know? If you mean a physical therapist of some kind then they tend to be very fit and healthy.
