I'm getting a bit fed up with the Americans' bullying, warmongering attitude towards other nations. First it was Iran now it's Pakistan (apparently Al Qaeda lives there now - oh dear, not in Afghanistan then, so what the f*** are you doing still occupying Afghanistan???)
So what's with all the rhetoric - is this all a precursor to an invasion of Pakistan?
And out of interest, how on earth can the US afford all these wars? Can't you just keep your noses out of other countries' business before you wreck your own already shaky economy?

What does that ought to do witht he article. Pakistan lack teh rocket technologies to grant a nuke into the U. S.. As for Mussaraf, it is Our faul to boot because the English that AL Qaia is in Pakistan. This comes from British intelligetns. Al Qaida changed into able to regroup becasue we were too distracted with Iraq. Secretary of protection even admits that we created some issues because we skipped over Pakistan. we favor to construct a contingency software to prop up Mussaraff if the rebels get to good and rigidity Mussaraff to offer up it is NUkes. Mussaraff is low-priced , atleast compared to the alternative.

George Bush thinks the only way to deal with differences is by force. He won't stop making war until he is out of office. Right now, many nations are at risk, since he uses the "terrorist" card to justify his actions. He has not listened to experienced military officers or experienced members of his own staff..he only listens to a select few who agree with his violent agenda..and worse, he says "God" is telling him what to do, so he doesn't feel any guilt or remorse about the consequences of his actions. He is a dangerous man. The only thing that has changed after 6 years, is that the American people voted in a different Congress, who hopefully won't allow threats by Bush that they are "unpatriotic" to get them to continue giving him a blank check to fund his warmongering..

What a dim-witted moron. "... keep your noses out of other countries business ...".

The USA and a coalition of countries are in Afghanistan to throw out a repressive regime ... the Taliban and Al Queada ... and prevent further attacks on their citizens. Did you ever hear of 9/11 ... the USA Embassy bombings in Africa ... the bombing of USS Cole ... the London Underground and bus bombings ... the train bombings in Spain, etc.? ... all responsible and openly claimed by Al Queada (the Taliban) and bin Laden.

The USA has no plan to invade Pakistan. However, if it gleaned information about bin Laden's hiding place in Pakistan it would be all over him in a limited strike. They'd go in and quickly get out. They'd either capture or kill bin Laden ... killing him and recording it or bring back his body would be better.

I don't think so. It will have to be one at a time from now on. It seems like the new U.S. policy is to take any threat as an attack. Bin Laden threatened us from Afghanistan, we dropped in our troops to say "howdy". Sadam forgot that he said "uncle" after the first gulf war, ignored the U.N., and issued many threats from Iraq, and the U.S. punched him in the nose.

Pakistan has behaved fairly well, with a few small exceptions, while there seems to be a few other countries who are itching to take on the champ.

So here's a simple lesson the rest of the world can learn. Stop talking trash and there won't be a fight. Is that so hard to understand?

As long as George W. Bush is in power. war won't stop. And if the person that replaces him, they will find another answer to go into the whole of the middle-east. They need money to feed their wars so they go and invade all the places that have petrol.

no the USA is not planning to invade pakistan. but at it do has plans for "confinement of china" just as it had for the soviet union. so for that purpose in the long run if it has to attack pakistan it will do that (osama or no osama).
