I have sold genuine quality rings of 10kt,14kt,solid gold, with rubies,diamonds,sapphires,etc....on ebay for 5 months. I don't believe I get much exposure by listing them in ebay.I see the ads from ebay trying to get people to open "stores"-and I wonder if I did, would there be some sort of "boosted" exposure,,,,I mean would ebay take down the fences and let the word out? I'm not certain of how to ask all of you this question, and I really did not mean any disrespect to ebay.
If anyone has helpful business advise, I am definitely listening! Thank you very much, wilkins260

eBay stores are good if you have loads of inventory and you want to save on listing fees. Stores are also good if you have a lot of return clients who knows you and wants to buy from you.

But if you think you can get more exposure with a store, you're wrong. In fact many sellers continue to use the auction format to drive traffic to their stores. Because without an ongoing auction, it takes a lot of work to drive traffic to an ebay store.

You will need to advertise your ebay store. I suggest you first read Ebay's guide on how to promote your store
http://pages.ebay.com/help/specialtysites/promoting-your-store.html -- creating an About Me page featuring your store, driving visitors from your auction or fixed price listings to your store, or use a signature file with your store URL in the ebay Discussion forums.

You can also use an outside advertising service such as Contextuads http://www.contextuads.com where eBay sellers can advertise their auctions. The banner ads are distributed on large networks such as Fastclick, Advertising.com, MammaMedia and Bravenet, reaching over 100,000 web sites.

Yay, stirring up some controversy. that's the hip-hop way. Lol in basic terms kidding. Umm technically speaking, there's a 2-letter distinction. yet heavily, think of roughly this. A black guy is going as much as his white chum and says, "what's up my n*gga?". The white guy responds, "Chillin". What you're asserting is that the black guy suggested the white guy become a n*gger...(and that's incorrect) So in a fashion, the observe has stepped forward previous it quite is slang version of the observe n*gger and has now been used as a noun for a guy or woman, in spite of race. there'll constantly be people who do no longer in basic terms like the observe getting used in spite of the shown fact that it quite is been proliferated to the factor which you won't be able to do plenty approximately it. And in basic terms bear in mind this, i did no longer substitute the meaning of the observe, society did. what proportion songs(extremely rap songs) have used the observe?

The first tip for any business is location, where mass shoppers go, preferably the deparment store because people go there with intention to buy, meaning they have enough cash. Most of them are fashionable and it is a must to include jewelry. I think ebay will not dismantle your ad unless you decide to. So, remember, 1st, 2nd and last factor: LOCATION.
