There have been very few changes. The whole column of Noble Gases (Helium, Neon, Argon ...) was missing from his as they were unknown. Also, the Rare Earths (Lanthanum ...) which are so much alike they are commonly shown on another row that is linked to a single location on the table were unknown or thought to be just one or two elements - they are very hard to separate from each other. Of course, all of the very short half-life and man-made elements above Uranium have been added.
As should be famously known, there were several (3?) elements which were unknown at the time for which he left empty slots and made very specific and accurate forecasts of their properties based on the row and column they occupied.

we all know that Mendeleev created the first periodic table but he left gaps for still undiscovered elements.the elements on our periodic table today are arranged in an increasing order of their atomic weights and is in graphical form or method which is the same with that of Mendeleev's.there are just left gaps of squares for undiscovered elements and those are his predictions or theory that after how many years, there will be more elements to be discovered that will fill up and complete the periodic table of elements.and the complete table that we are using today is now the result of the predictions of him.there's just a bit difference because the work of Mendeleev became the bases of the next chemists to complete and form a new table of elements....

Mendeleev worked with stupid symbols like half-shaded circles, 3/4 shaded circles etc, which would be very hard to remember. The modern periodic table contains much more elements and is far more accurate, in terms of proton number or atomic mass.

Do you know Gaumont Entertainment's symbol?? Well, in Mendeleev's table, I think that was the symbol for Gold. Now it's Au, for its Latin name Aurum.

the adaptation between the sought after periodic table and the Mendeleev's unique table: "Mendleev arranged the climate in periodic table in terms of ATOMIC hundreds while the sought after periodic table does it in terms of ATOMIC NUMBERS''

The Transuranic elements, such as Plutonium, Einsteinium and Americium, which are produced in atomic piles or nuclear accelerators(linear or ring type) did not exist in his time, only the 92 so called naturally occurring elements up to Uranium were known.
