The names do not need to be uncommon, but nothing like Sarah or Jennifer.

The character is a little sister who is a sparkly brunette with a ton of spunk. She can be annoying and stubborn, but he sassiness makes her irresistable!

I think Victoria, Alexandra or Elizabeth is a good idea. If you name her Alexandra, you could call her Alex or Lexi, which really makes me think of your character, or Victoria could be Tori, Ria, Vicky, or Vix, which are kind of spunky, or Liz, Lizzie, Beth, or Liza for Elizabeth. I really like Ria for this character. Then, when she gets into trouble, they yell out "Victoria!"

Also, You could do a fukier name, like Annalyn, Izabel, or Jenessa, and just call her by a full name, with a nickname saved just for when the time is right. Like Lyn, Iz, and Jen.

Finally, you could give her a name that has a meaning that just makes sense. For example, Regina means queen, and it sounds like she thinks she's the queen of her world. Or Amy as a nickname for Amaryllis, which means sparkling.

Good luck. Let me know what you go with, and tell me when and where and how I can find your book!!

I guess I could better answer this if I knew what kind of girl she was. I mean, when I read I get an automatic vision of what this person looks like, acts like is she young? old etc... by her name. I don't know maybe Emma, Heather, Chelsea, Kelley, Linda, Jessica. Or my fav girls name Jordan. I guess it really does depend on the kinda woman/girl she will be in your book! Good luck with the book let us know how it ends :)

You need a name that people can read and tell its a girl and not think it's a guy at all. You just don't really tell much about the character. Is she feminine, athletic, snobby?

My suggestions:

Kylie
Renae
Amanda
Brianna
Malorie
Trisha
