which is the best starter pokemon in pokemon emerald ?

and other nice pokemon in the (including those who have nice evoulution)how do you get feebas and where do you find beauty scarf ?

I like torchic because it evolves into Blazikin. A very useful Pokemon to pick up is Raquaza. You have to do it after you awaken it the first time. Catch it with a Master Ball and the rest of your battles will be easy. When you catch it will be at lv 70!

Best Starter-either mudkip or Torchic would be your best bets, I'd pick Mudkip, water types will be strong aganist the first gym leader and aganist flannery. (final evolution: water/groudn type)

Other good pokemon to pick up:
Ralts-a good psychic type to have, but he's a bit rare
Aron-steel/rock
Electrike-a good electric type to have

Feebras is located on route 119, he's difficult. Start at the top of route 119 and use the good rod in every location (3) and depending on your luck you'll catch one. They're only located in six spaces.

for me i chose torchic, i train it into combusken and double kick the first gym leader into atoms,as for the nice pokemon evolution, i say it will be bagon,ralts and linnone,although i don't use it to battle the elite4,

but i kept it because it picks up valuable items for me,and as for feebas,theres no real cheat to get one,what ever the 'trendy saying' in dewford is,everytime you change the saying,feebas will change location in route 119,in about 100 over squares of water, only six random ones will you find feebas,and as for the beauty scarf,you must defeat the master rank in lilycove first then go to slatport and go to the pokemon club,below the name rater's house and talk to the president

even i think torchic caz it is a fighting-fire type when it evolves!also mudkip is good caz its a ground-water type?
