I think that the quality of education can be increased if the education becomes education and not scientifical information.

1.Until the 9-th grade chldren should do whatever they want at school, according to JJRousseau and Erasmus of Roterdam who said that children should learn according to their aptitudes , acctually their pleasures and divine powers .So no marks , no insults for rejecting a discipline , only admiration for what they wish and suceed to do.Moral education is a must from 3 y.o and up .For knowledge , they coul attend any classes but fullfil obligations only for favourite disciplines.

For e.g.a singer is a singer and cannot be a matematician .A writer is a writer and would never be a judge .A painter is a painter and would never be a surgeon and so on, resulting it is absurd to pretend that everyone learn everything. And I think God did it.

2 From 9-th grade on , children should choose disciplines to follow a proffesion and get marks for them. Also optional courses can be attended without obligations of marks just prizes or so .Courses about morality are a must from 1-st grade to the end of the education.
This is the way education can be improved . Otherwise the brain is used like a machine and it is against our freedom and kind of divine being..Even the adults have the right to reject learning chemistry , mathematics etc.How many adults take specialized courses or learn privately after 30 years? If an adult is not interested in mathematics , the same child cannot be at all.Because is a child and children should live in a different univers without fears and obligations and responsibilities.''If you don't learn you will be a nobody , you will be a begger!''.
Anyway I live in Europe , I don't know the other continents.

The quality of education is only dependent on the students. If students work hard, then of course it'll increase
