Are you talking about the episode where they shared a house in Guantanemo Bay?
If so its season 1 episode 8 Minimum Security, it invoves a translator at Gitmo and the emeralds that were found in his stomach when he dies.

I love NCIS, i am tring to think what year that show was played.
if it is this year. they will repeat. one of the other years they will only have on repeat channels. Now i have to see if i can find out. mmm if i do i will repost with the answer later

Now it's driving me nuts too. I have a feeling it was the one where there was a guy who had killed his parents and their house was full of weird religious stuff and they were in there, and had been dead for some time,...........but there again I am very likely wrong, so hurry up someone and put me out of my misery too !
