I believe most people wear many masks. Emotions are also involved. The "inner you" or "inner me" can be thinking and feeling one thing and the outer reflections can be feeling or thinking some totally different. I think more and more people are shielding themselves; not really wanting anyone to know the real person they are. Most of the time; it ends up as a dissapointment with both parties; no one can live up to expectations.

That is about the same as saying that you CAN judge a book by looking just at it's cover!
I know of a fair number of rather good looking guys and gals, who, in reality are rather shallow and mean as friends!
Where you need to look to judge a person is in the eyes: they invariably reveal a lot more.
Being thin or fat is NOT relevant to be a good person!

Absolutely. Whether it is who your really are, or who you want people to see it is definitely a reflection of you.
Some people have a natural elegance to them. No matter what I wear I sink into my clothes. I may be very fashionable, or trying to be, but I have a way of making everything I wear very lived in. ie scruffy

what you are on the outside isn't necessarily what you are on the inside. you choose who you really want to be. if you tell yourself and believe you are the same on the inside as on the outside, well, that's your prerogative. however, there are a lot of cases when the outside isn't really like what's on the inside. there's a tendency wherein you use the outside things to hide what's inside (perhaps to protect yourself in a way). so, basically, it's all a matter of how you see yourself.

Not always; that's why they say, "don't judge a book by its cover".

not it isn't. There are many shades to our characters, and they cannot all be portrayed at once.
