If you are bored of life, you'll just have to make a new life, is all. Bad feelings are the body's way of telling you you need to take action and change. They wouldn't have evolved at all if they didn't elicit action. Keep on ignoring negative feelings, and they'll probably get worse. Take action and your brain rewards you with happiness for doing things that help you learn, progress, be resourceful, and find love.

last question first - there are a LOT of people who feel the same as you. What you can do? call a hotline and talk to someone who can let you know what your options are. 1-800-SUICIDE. It's important to tell someone how you've been feeling, and a hotline like that is a confidential way to do it.

Do something to promote the quality of life for future generations. Then future generations won't develope depression as much, and you will feel good about yourself and have reason to go on.
