There is a product sold to remove mildew from walls - from the smell it is an ultra strong bleach. It might work on fabric but it could also destroy the plastic if not diluted!
I think you should treat yourself to a new curtain and make sure you dry it properly so you don,t get this problem again.
If you are lazy the best thing is to buy a cheap curtain and replace it as and when.

Buy a spray bottle from somewhere like Wal-mart, fill it with bleach and spray your curtain. This will kill the mildew and you should be able to wipe it off after that.
Use caution though when spraying the bleach, don't inhale it and don't get it in your eyes or on your skin.

Soak it in a bucket of bleach and water overnight, then wash it in the machine, should come out looking like new.

Use a solution of bleach amd water to get rid of it. Rinse it off with a hose or the shower, and then clean with a solution of warm water and fabric conditioner. (Lovely smell)

Throw it out and get a new one.
If the mold will not come off in the washing machine then it's not going to come off at all.
Good Luck.
