The thing with the weaknesses question is that the answer can be tailored in such way in which the weakness could be transformed into a strenght. In fact, it is desirable that you should not actually look for any weakness in you (even if it is good that you are being aware of them), but consider everything as being part of your developing process. As a human being, as an employee, as a professional.
Now about thos weaknesses you have mentioned. There are some which shouldn't be there...like the PERSONAL ONES...meaning "How I cope with death" and others like that.
The employer is interested if you have any weaknesses related to the job you are applying for. Sharing a weakness like "I don't know how to cope with death" can be interpreted as being related to a psychic phaenomenon, and you don't want that.
Good one with the "perfectionist", you've turned it into a strenght. Passionate is good, emoptional isn't that good, cause you are predisposed to failure due to emotions :)) see what I mean? Optimistic good, forming relationships good. Forget about the spelling if the domain requires it :D

Good luck! You'll do just fine

well, your weaknesses you pick should apply to the situations you will find yourself in as a midwife,,,,,, so the spelling and speaking to large groups wouldnt really apply,,,,,, nor would really being a perfectionist,,,,,,, though you might could use , if its true,, that you have difficulty accepting slackness of others (many perfectionist experience this ),,,,, and yes, your right, something /many things, can be a strength or a weakness, depending on the circumstances and how you use them,,,,,, such as always seeing the best in someone might also set you up to not recognize negatives when they are clearly shown,,,,,,, so just analyze the flip side of some of your strengths , to find if you also sometimes allow them to become weaknesses ,,,,,, one alot of us have is expecting others to be as we are (passionate,,, kind etc )

Why do you need to discuss weaknesses? Only discuss what issues you might have with being a midwifery. Spelling, working with large groups, and even being a perfectionist are not problems that would effect you being a midwife. I would say the only issue you might have is how to healthily detach yourself from your patients, otherwise you seem to be fine.
Good Luck!!!
