A friend of mine had a 'bad taste' party theme, everyone had to come dressed up in bad taste clothes. It was a hoot. I had a black skivvy/polo neck jumper under a cocktail style dress, with black stockings, one red, one yellow shoe, long pearl necklace, hair and makeup was normal as we were going to go out afterwards to a Club. Friends neighbour who did not know about party saw me first and thought I was a 'bit simple', huge roar of laughter.
Black and white theme, guests have to dress in black and white only. What the first letter of your name is you have to come in fancy dress eg Carol/clown.Come as what you were in a past life is a good theme, Marilyn and Cleopatra are popular for the girls. I went as a Gangsters Moll thinking I would be the only one to think of it, wrong, a guy was there dressed as a Gangster.
To introduce people to each other, give a friend a few dollars to buy you a gift and wrap it, then as people arrive they have to wrap one layer of paper around it and hand it on to next person who arrives. You can use newspaper to do this if you like.
Then when it is time to unwrap it, you give it to someone who unwraps one layer and then they have to give it to someone they haven't spoken to or met to unwrap the next layer and so on, you unwrap the last layer and voila you have an extra pressie for your birthday.
The good old hold a balloon between your legs and pass it on to the next person without using hands usually raises a laugh. Of course much of this is dependent on age of yourself and your friends. Make it what you like and want, I'm sure you will have a great party. I'm a kid at heart so I rather like 'silly' stuff.
Most of all enjoy your birthday and party as we only get to be the age we are for a short time.

WOW! i found place i think you should make a stage were a famace person might sing have a long have table with lot of junk food do some fireworks put lots sparkels everywhere and let everyone in your city in and hand cd thats say there is a party at my at 6.00 until you dicide to go and also hand lots of games and then you'll rent out the whole movie theater and watch lots of movies oh yeah have the whole hause dark then fill them red lights then if you have brothers or sisters or the kids from other the other family lock them in a room and let them have lots of sugar but if there 13 or older let them have the big party and you have to have a big hause and have big yard so they can park there cars and aplace to hang out and they have to have there coolest clothes but not the kids oh yeah do not let anyone higer then 30 beside the playing the music let me see how much that cost.

AND THAT WOULD SUCK ACAULLY WAIT ONE MINUTE NO ONE WOULD GIVE THAT UP BESIDE THE GUY THAT MADE WINDOW UNLESS THAT WAS YOUR COLAGE AND WHAT YOUR MOM WAS SAVING WHEN YOU WAS 1 DAY OLD WICHT WAS ODDS OF THAT.

Everyone dress up in the style from the decade you were born in. You didn't mention the age you will be so I can't be specific with the clothing ideas. if you're near 14 then college logo shirts were big back then. So were a lot more things. Good luck on an idea and happy b day!

Thats very quaint in case you're saying that RM250 is the cost variety. Its no longer sufficient. nutrition would maximum in all probability to exceed RM10 in accordance to day. which could feed you 25 days each month, and yyou would likely be residing in the streets at Komtar!!!

don't you think you're a little too old for a party? i mean if you know how to get on the computer and ask a question on yahoo answers your probably at least 14, anyways have a little get together, just a couple of friends and candy soda popcorn and chips and a good movie. cake and baloons and the whole "HAPPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR (blank) HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU" song .
