You can create an animated gif from a series of still images using a program designed to do that. I recommend Rad Video Tools' Bink and Smacker.

You actually create a number of .gif files and combine them as frames. These are displayed in a looping sequence to give a moving image.

How you do it in practice depends which graphics program you use. If you don't have one, grab a free copy of the excellent GIMP

gif image is animated.
but the easiest way to rotate is:
open your image via Window Image Viewer (right click on image >choose Preview),then rotate image via clicking "Rotate" button on the bottom side of window.

Using animation programs like ADOBE Image ready or so. OPEN FILE>SELECT THE FRAMES YOU WANT TO TRANSFORM AND APPLY TRANSFORMATIONS TO THE FRAMES. transformations AS ROTATIONS, ETC ARE QUITE SIMPLE.

I use adobe image ready.
It's intuitive. Specify the layer (view) and amount of time spent
on it.
