how can we add voice......?

how can we add desired voice when we delete our content frm recycle bin .........could anyone plzzzz tell me

you can record any sound including your voice saying "...and away it goes..." with your computer microphone and then save the generated sound file in the same directory with your other windows sound files. once done,go into control panel/sounds and assign that file to the action 'empty recycle bin'

easy, just change it a the control panel > sound setting
