Some clowns decided to make it look like we had a White Christmas, by dumping copius amounts of flour on my lawn. It may have seemed funny to them, but I'm left with quite a mess, and very irrate neighbors, due to the smell that permiates the air around my property!

Try a wet/dry vac to remove the majority of the flour first and then water down and wash away the remaining flour.

Try watering it in real good. But if it is still dry, then using a blower would be a good idea, but it is just going to make a mess every where else. I would water it in.
