If you both are in a similar profession you know already how to handle your personal matters. I have known many who are both doctors. Our family docots' case, is: wife is a specialist in AIDS, the husband is a GP. How do you think they handle their affairs? I know they are married for the past 35 years.
Yes, it is entirely possible to have same profession and still have a happy married life.

Yes, but make sure you keep your roles separate and spend as little time together while at work...
And know when to shut off...very important...
