Sounds like your timing device isn't working properly.
Call whom ever you purchased it from & see if they can fix it for you.

If your drain hose in lying down, the water will continue to drain as it is trying to fill. If this is the problem, hand the hose on a tub or if it is just a drain, get a plastic pipe and stand that in the drain with the hose attached at the top. My son has this problem a few years ago. If that isn't it, call a repair service or buy a new washer.
