Call the Hwy Patrol. They alway use the same tow companies.(contracts) Then they will give you the number to the tow company and you can reach them to retrieve your car....GoodLuck.

You call the Highway patrol for the area you live in. Example I live in California so i would call Chp.Or you can call your local police daepartment. Start with h.p.
