Depo Provera isn't purely meant to cease classes. there has been examine that have shown that it prevents pregnancies. the probabilities of having pregnant are .3%. being pregnant is unusual, and if it happens, is ectopic. do no longer freak out if those form of folk say that they understand pals that have been given pregnant collectively as on it. in spite of the undeniable fact that uncommon, it could ensue, yet you in addition to mght ought to bear in mind you're asking human beings on the cyber web. Did you get injected, used a backup approach for a minimum of a week? Did you get your shot 5 days after your era began? have you ever had morning ailment yet? Are you a known Depo Provera consumer? you have, like others have stated, defined practically all indicators human beings frequently journey collectively as on the shot. the final suggestion for me to furnish you is to get a being pregnant try. it is normally finished the two from abode, with a doctor, or at a community planned Parenthood. wish this facilitates.

Depo Provera can require up to fourteen days to take effect. This means pregnancy can occur within fourteen days of the first Depo injection.

It takes seven days to take effect if given after the first four days of the period cycle. It is effective immediately if given during the first four days of the period cycle.

What makes you think that youare pregnant? Have you checked to see if the symptoms you are having are the side effects to getting the shot?

Call your doctor to discuss this. Even if you are not pregnant, you could be having an allergic reaction of some type.

Best wishes!

It's possible. No birth control is 100%. But because the shot is caused from a hormone being injected into your body, it can sometimes feel like you are pregnant or even going to start your period. It's somewhat like a hormonal change. Each person varies as well. Go to the doctor and ask if it is normal and have them give you a pregnancy test.

Falling pregnant whilst on the injection I would say NO, as long as you have had it at the correct times. From my own experiences I know that once you stop having the injection you can fall pregnant quite quickly but if you have had it regular and on time you shouldn't be pregnant. If you are showing pregnancy signs though then do a HPT or see your gp.
Good luck xx

It is definitely possible, my friend had three children and felt she needed no more and she did the injections and along came four. Not one single bit of berth control is 100% accurate, so get tested by the doctor if you suspect this.

well you know with some women they stop their period completely, i did anyway and everyone i know that has been on it has stopped also. or it could go the other way, it just depends on the person but you should definetly take a test to find out for sure. that would be your best route. good luck!!!!!

It is possible as no contraceptive method is 100% guaranteed to prevent pregnancy (except abstention). I am sure you know that it can mess up your periods, including stopping them at times. If you think you are pregnant go and see your doctor who will advise you.
