All the charges were dropped... I saw it on 20/20 last night.
As it turned out, the kiddie porn that he was being charged with was encoded on programs that he had downloaded from these "share" websites. (music, games, movies)
They said that the freaks that enjoy this kind of crap will hide it on other peoples computers so that it keeps them in the free and clear... Then they use spy-ware to extract it from the unsuspecting persons computer...
Had this kids parents not had phat cash, and got the best lawyers and experts... His @ss would be sitting in jail!
