You can buy facsimiles of both from http://www.iwm.org.uk/server/show/ConWebDoc.763
and
http://www.daysgonebyshop.co.uk/itemsingle.php?part=476
very cheaply

This page says it has thumbnails of both which can be enlarged, but 'I can't open the page, getting a message that I have been 'timed out'

www.townfield.doncaster.sch.uk/pages/y4pages/ww2.htm

The crest on the front of the Identity Card was the usual UK coat of Arms. Cannot make out what that on the front of the ration books was - possibly the coat of arms used by the Ministry of Food.

This site has thumbnails of 10/- (50p) and £1 notes which can be enlarged - I'll leave you to decide whether they are worth printing:-

Later:- since writing the above, I have been doing a search on an unconnected matter and found this site:-

http://www.bpears.org.uk/Misc/War_NE/w_section_03.html

which has full size photographs of the interior and exterior of an identity card and details of ration books.

fraud is fraud! If/even as the officials locate out he will be requested to leave. If he has been right here a lengthy time period (years) and has kept out of difficulty he would get to stay. a lot would count number on why he had to get a delivery certificate and passport overseas. officials have a tendency to be (truly) more suitable compassionate with Commonwealth voters. more suitable so if he has married a uk citizen and/or had little ones right here. on the top of the day, fraud is fraud. It also fairly begs the question "what else has he lied about?"
