A client of mine runs her business primarily on email.
For some odd reason, the same sets of email are not appearing on her two laptops and her Treo... it seems that somehow, the Treo is possibly retrieving the messages, and preventing the two laptops from receiving them.
Note: I believe that I set up both the Treo and Outlook Express to *copy* the messages from the email server, not to move them off the server.

All you need is to setup email utilities to leave messages on server after reading them. In Outlook go to Tools, Email Accounts, View or change existing accounts, select the account and click Change. Click the More settings button and look on the advanced tab. There will be a check box "leave messages on server".

I believe there is a setting on the Treo that ask if you want to remove the messages from the server. You would answer NO.

I get all of my e-mail on my Treo and in my inbox. Then again if you are using Outlook or Outlook Express they tend to have minds of their won and remove the messages from the server, I have run into that problem in the past.

The only way to do this is by selecting leave a copy of messages on the server and then setting it up on 1 laptop then leaving the settings the same as they are on the 2nd and also the Treo change it to leave a copy of messages on the server.

This has worked for me see how she goes with that :)
