Just try not to think about sleep. Sit down with a book and start reading. You will fall asleep in time and when you wake up you find your self hungry.

I've had times where I've been sooooo sick because of hunger (headache, stomachache, dizziness, etc.) and I just couldn't eat because it was making me nauseous. It's a sucky feeling. Usually I just try to eat like one piece of bread or something just to have food in my system so I can feel a bit better and then eat like a real meal.

I have been to tired to sleep but never to hungry to eat.

Take a couple Advil PM's. When I have trouble sleeping, which is rare, I take those and they knock me right out.

Yeah. You sound like this happens a lot, just make yourself eat 3 meals a day, and your body will help you with the sleep part.
