The principal of the suit jacket, you are wanting, is based on the Zoot Suit. Do a search on Goggle... Zoot Suit Patterns. I found many. Vogue Patterns had some really good ones. To achive the more fitted design, your after, you will have to take in the sides, more narrow, make your collar, wider and add the wide cuffs, which collar and cuffs, look to be out of a velveteen material. Take a look at the Zoot Suite Patterns sites. If you use a seamstress who knows their stuff, they will be able to fix you up with what you want, by having the pattern and giving them a copy of the picture of the one you want, your going to "Strut Your Stuff" in no time!... Might be a shot in the dark this one, but try ebay. I get tons of old 60's and 70's patterns from there, really cheap and in great condition too!!

Hope that helps!
