Go to a womens shelter first off. They can probably help you keep your job too.

if youTHINK you are in an abusive relationship, then you probably ARE in an abusive relationship.especially if you cant get away to go to work.
whether you tell your employer is up to you, but you should get out of the relationship for your own good.
