I am thinking of changing to Talk Talk Plan 3. Could anyone please tell me what the service is like and how long a wait is there to be connected to broadband on signing up with Talk Talk?

Talk Talk will put you on the option 3 talk plan once they take over the line, this takes two weeks. With the broadband they have delays and a lot of people have complained that months later they still don't have broadband but are stuck in an 18 month term.

It gets worse in areas where their service is unbundled. I'd not touch talk talk at the moment. Maybe in future when things get sorted. The problem is they got more people signing up than they planned for. Who'd have thought so many people would be interested in getting BB for free.

TalkTalk is not a recommended network to try out for anything. There have been complaints, faults & negative remarks made against it since it began. If you're looking for a good deal, go to Telewest (where I am), hardly ANY faults & excellent Customer Service. Go to www.telewest.co.uk for more info.
