You can analyze all you want. Not going to do you any good. Do stuff. Your strengths and weaknesses will become painfully evident as you endeavor to do difficult things. Try increasingly more difficult challenges in a variety of areas. You'll know what your best and worst traits are very quickly. Avoid potentially lethal challenges until you have a VERY good idea of what your capable of.

List down what, in your own opinion, are your strengths are weaknesses..... Also, ask your family and friends to list down what they honestly think are your strengths and weaknesses...
Evaluate and compare the lists, hopefully, this will give you a fair oversight of what you want to know....

Use your mind to assess yourself in certain situations. What would you do if faced with something potentially dangerous? What's your fight or flight instinct? Do you face your problems or do you run from them?
