try www.dell.com/tv or www.cheapstingybargains.com for deals on notebook pcs.

depending on what you concider cheap. You could try Ebay, but personally if you go to dell.com you can get an amzing computer customized to what you want for about 1000 dollars and thats a very good price for what you get on laptops nowadays.
