I have PCOS. Don't give up hope. I was told that i wouldn't be able to have kids and i got pregnant with my son and my Drs. couldn't explain it. They gave me some natural vitamins to prevent miscarriage and now i have a beautiful healthy two year old! I've been trying for number 2 and thats not going so well but I am very thankful for the one.

I don't have PCOS, but I know that w/ a doctor's supervision and usually fertility drugs, a woman w/ PCOS can conceive and carry a child. Also, this would depend on how severe your case is and if you have been on hormone treatment for the symptoms.
