Yes, I claimed my hat about 2 weeks before the close of the contest so to speak and about 4 or 5 weeks later it came, right before Christmas.

NO! I am level 6 and i live in the United Kingdom and i can't get a gift.. =( I guess i will do it on behalf of my sister who lives in AZ.
