The beautiful photography of India, superb acting, and realistically told modern historical story make Guru a good choice as an eye-opener for someone who doesn't know Bollywood so well. And though the music is extraordinary, there is also somewhat less of it than sometimes..

What can be said? This film has left me speechless. I am still recovering from the shock it sent through my veins. It blew my mind! It's an excellent movie. It's one of the best movies made in recent times/. Excellent performanceS (Abhishek! We just love you), Great story, Solid direction, Awesome music - what else do you want?
If you miss it, you will surely miss ALMOST A MASTERPIECE CLASSIC.

Two words Heather Graham. You don't see the film for the script but to see Heather Graham. It also has Marisa Tomei as well. It is a funny Bollywood styled movie.

Gripping and good , the 2nd half was a bit slow though. Mani Rathnam brings out the best from his artists technicians music director and team.

I don't think anyone has seen it so far. You might want to read some reviews as this is not the best place to get good reviews. Try google as other bollywood sites should have a very detailed reviews.

I'm very much waiting to see this movie...i'm damn sure it won't dissapoint me n will b a paisa vasool coz it's atleast not like dat stupid karan johar's unrealistic moviess.....

just watch it. it's good enough to pay $10 in a theater..you will not leave disappointed.
