My oldest son bought a Scion XB last summer and absolutely loves it! Any other Scion XB drivers out there? Any problems with the vehicle?

I bought a 2005 xB back in June of '04 and now have over 52K miles on it. My only complaint is the unrealistic mpg rating on the sticker. I consistently average 28mpg, all highway, and not the 34 they advertised. Other than it is as reliable as any Corolla I have owned in the past. It is a very hassle free vehicle. Just replace your air filter, transmission fluid (just drain and refill - the filter is non-serviceable), and spark plugs every year and get regular oil changes. The fuel filter is in the tank and non-serviceable. It handles great in all weather but even with all those windows I find a nasty blind spot on the right side. Not every xB comes with a cabin air filter installed but it is extremely easy to install one (behind the glove box). For about $15 it really does improve air quality.

the recent 2007 xb has a clean physique make over and could have approximately 50 greater HP. it is going to be powered with tips from the camry 4 cylinder engine that strikes the camry very properly! i might wait till around April whilst the recent ones are out :)

My tach/fuel comes on and off. Also making odd sounds from the bottom of motor. The car has 28k miles, lucky the car was a gift.
